micalendar.ca provides access to various calendar production portals for you to create your own personalized calendar featuring your choice of images from a given category. Access is provided for your convenience. These categories will be updated and modified periodically. All images and logos are propriety to the provider and are not to be copied or altered in any way and are solely used in the production of the personalized/customized calendar products that we provide. This material may not be commercially redistributed, modified, republished or publicly displayed without the written permission of micalendar.ca and the image provider or the designated licensor. micalendar.ca calendar builders allow you to upload your own images directly from your pc. These images will not be used for any other purpose other than what they have been uploaded for. These image files are only retained until the calendar has been printed and are then deleted. micalendar.ca has set printing requirements for the images being uploaded. The intention of these requirements is to filter out images that are not of a high enough quality for printing purposes. This is to ensure the provision of the highest quality product. However, our filters may miss the odd image and it is up to you (the user) to read and understand the requirements of the image files being uploaded. This being said, micalendar.ca is not responsible for an uploaded image and therefore if it is printed with poor quality, micalendar.ca does not have to re-print or refund your purchase.
While we wish to allow as much freedom when it comes to uploading as possible, however if we recognize that certain content is inappropriate, it will not be tolerated by micalendar.ca. Therefore, you may not upload any image that:
micalendar.ca is not responsible for misuse of its builders, and should you not abide by these rules your product request will be terminated and will not be refunded.
In order to use the various product production portals you must login to the site.
In order to create your own personalized calendar you will be required to provide certain information including, but not limited to your name, e-mail address, mailing address. While no login information is required to access micalendar.ca’s calendar builders; once a calendar project is completed you will be required to give the necessary information under secure website protection for purchasing purposes. This information is kept only for the purpose of transaction completion unless otherwise stated by the user.
All information collected about you during registration for the use of our site and all information gathered through the personalization of products to be purchased will be used in accordance of our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.
You agree that in connection with your use of the Website, the Services and the Content, you will not: a) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of anyone's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; b) harm or attempt to harm minors in any way; c) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; d) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); e) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual property right of any party; f) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation; g) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; h) interfere with or disrupt the Website, the Services, the Content or servers or networks connected to the Website, the Services or the Content, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Website, the Services and/or the Content; i) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, provincial, state, federal or international law.
a) When any user posts any Message to the Website or any of the Services, micalendar.ca shall have the right, but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to review, edit or delete any Message for any reason in micalendar.ca’s sole discretion. It is micalendar.ca’s policy to fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities and court orders which request or require micalendar.ca to disclose personal information or the postings of anyone posting Messages to the Website or any of the Services. Although micalendar.ca may monitor and/or review Messages from time to time, it is under no obligation to do so and micalendar.ca assumes no liability or responsibility with respect to any Messages including those that contain errors, defamatory content, pornography, profanity or inaccuracies.

micalendar.ca reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently and of its product offerings, with or without notice. You agree that micalendar.ca shall not be held liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the website or the services.
